SPG has a mandatory training system to enforce implementation of SPG code of Ethics and Integrity through online learning program and annual training course. SPG integrity training system is aimed to help employees complete knowing the values and principles of SPG code of the Ethics and Integrity, and understanding how to integrate these principles and values into day to day activities. Wherever you locate, SPG employees and related partners or personals who represent SPG are required to participate in learning and training in order to ensure that our Code of Ethics and Integrity remains at the centre of the service we offer worldwide.
SPG provides an online learning program to train employees, particularly for new employees. The aim is to help each employee integrate SPG code of Ethics and Integrity into all activities and make employee deal with a variety of problem they faced in their day-to-day work by upholding our principle of integrity, fairness and compliance.
SPG provides annual ethics training courses for supervisors and managers. SPG supervisors and managers are given more detailed training for their roles, which includes scenario planning that is specific to their own line of business and location. By running this training course every year, we refresh and motivate our leaders, and ensure that our Code of Integrity remains at the centre of the service we offer worldwide.
