Under the guidance of the holistic nursing concept and the social support concept, there are many intervention methods. Research data and actual cases show that nursing intervention can significantly improve patients' physical condition, psychological state and ability to adapt to society, thereby enhancing their quality of life and increasing their sense of happiness in families and society. Especially under the guidance of nurses, combined with technical support and various forms of intervention, it can effectively alleviate patients' anxiety and depression, enabling them to take better care of themselves and recover their roles in the family and society more quickly. Although the current research still has problems such as small sample size, short tracking time and being conducted only in a single center, the results show that this intervention is meaningful both in clinical treatment and at the social level. Future research should adopt a multi-center, large-sample, and long-term tracking approach. In addition, it is necessary to further combine individualized plans and digital means to help young breast cancer patients better integrate into society. These problems are often accompanied by anxiety, depression and decreased self-esteem, which in turn affect their recovery of normal social interaction and prevent them from maintaining a good quality of life (Zhou et al., 2020; Wang et al., 2023). Constant physical discomfort, fear of cancer recurrence, and inability to accept new social identities all make it more difficult for them to reintegrate into society (Xie et al., 2024; Huang et al., 2024). Nursing intervention is very important for the rehabilitation and reintegration into social life of young breast cancer patients. Studies show that whether conducted face-to-face or through online platforms, personalized and multi-faceted care plans can significantly improve social and family relationships, emotional states, self-care abilities, and quality of life (Wei et al., 2024). Psychological counseling, narrative nursing, gratitude exercises, and family-centered nurse-led care have been proven to alleviate anxiety and depression, enabling patients to better accept their image, be more confident, and help them adapt to physical functional deficiencies, thus making it easier for them to return to society (Xu et al., 2022; Aljabri, 2024). Through mobile applications and continuous follow-up, nurse-led support can further enhance the social support network and enable patients to participate more actively in the rehabilitation process (Hu et al., 2019; Wu et al., 2020; Aydin and Gursoy, 2024). This study will explore the effect of nursing intervention in promoting the recovery of social function in young postoperative breast cancer patients, collect and analyze evidence-based nursing methods for psychological and social problems. This study hopes to provide a reference for clinical work and help improve the rehabilitation effect. Its value lies in providing practical guidance for medical staff to design more targeted interventions, which not only promote physical recovery but also enhance the social integration, psychological recovery and long-term quality of life of young patients.
