Conclusion
The PP is an important condition to recognize and
treat. Its frequency seems to be increasing in all
countries in girls. It should be known the characterization
of the etiological and evolutionarily of this pathology.
The decision of treatment should be reflected in every
individual case. The identification of children at risk
can prevent the complications related to this disease.
