“She died seven years ago, and I have tested hundreds of
bodies in this seven years.”
“How did you get the bodies though?”
“I stole uniforms of different hospitals and made fake
identity cards.” Aquarius mumbled, “and since not a lot of
people want to be the guard of the mortuary, so it’s easy to
sneak in.”
“What will you do if she really comes back to life?”
“I don’t know…” tears ran down Aquarius’s face.
After questioning Aquarius, the officer went back to
her office. She flipped through her file, trying to review
them. As she flipped through the file, a breath of wind blew
through the window into her office. Lifting up a single page
from her file, and gently let it touch the floor. The officer
sighed and walked across the room to pick that piece of
paper. She found a sticky note on that paper. It said, “When
the girl died, her last words was ‘I don’t want to leave you.’
And the boy answered, ‘don’t worry, I will always be with
you.’”
It was a murder case dated seven years ago.
