Research indicates that tailored interventions, which consider the specific needs and existing knowledge of caregivers, are more effective in achieving behavioral changes and improving care outcomes (Kuugongelwa and Small, 2016; Chapman et al., 2020). For instance, educational programs can be designed with different modules for novice caregivers and those with more experience, ensuring that each group receives the appropriate level of detail and complexity in the information provided. Incorporating multilingual and culturally relevant materials into educational programs can significantly enhance the effectiveness of knowledge dissemination. Studies have shown that language barriers and cultural differences can impede the understanding and application of health information (Silva et al., 2015; Chapman et al., 2020). By providing materials in multiple languages and ensuring that the content is culturally sensitive, caregivers from diverse backgrounds can better comprehend and implement the necessary care practices for CVA patients. 5.2 Integration of technology in emergency care knowledge transfer The integration of technology, such as mobile health applications and AI-driven assistance, can play a pivotal role in the dissemination of emergency care knowledge. Mobile health applications can provide caregivers with easy access to information, reminders for medication, and step-by-step guides for emergency procedures (Mahajan et al., 2022). AI-driven tools can offer real-time assistance and personalized recommendations based on the patient's condition, thereby enhancing the caregiver's ability to respond effectively in emergency situations (Beqiri et al., 2019). To maximize the impact of technological tools, it is essential to focus on enhancing their user-friendliness and engagement. User-friendly interfaces and interactive features can make it easier for caregivers to navigate and utilize these tools effectively (Koota et al., 2021; Dehghan et al., 2022).
