International Journal of Clinical Case Reports, 2025, Vol.15, No.3, 120-129 http://medscipublisher.com/index.php/ijccr 125 rural areas of northern Mozambique, it is estimated that only about 24.24% of patients can be detected, and 44.9% of new patients stop coming halfway through their treatment (Shewade et al., 2023). In addition, it is also difficult to combine the diagnosis of chronic diseases with the care of tuberculosis, such as the lack of equipment, insufficient training of doctors, and improper medical record keeping. When trying different tuberculosis care methods in India, it was found that the start time of treatment for patients was delayed, and it was also clarified which patients were more likely to fail treatment halfway. For instance, people who haven't contracted tuberculosis often fail to be carefully classified and examined in a timely manner. 6.2 Difficulties and countermeasures in comprehensive nursing training and adaptation for medical staff Medical staff encounter numerous difficulties in learning and adapting to the comprehensive nursing model. The main problems lie in the heavy workload, unclear division of responsibilities, and the failure of training to keep up in a timely manner. For instance, after the new care program for AIDS and tuberculosis patients was launched in Karnataka, India, the workload of doctors responsible for AIDS treatment increased, and the time for patients to communicate with doctors decreased, ultimately affecting the treatment outcome (Nunemo et al., 2023). A similar situation also exists in Malawi. The lack of effective training and incentive measures has become the main obstacle to implementing methods to help tuberculosis patients adhere to medication (Wikkman-Jorgensen et al., 2015). To solve these problems, it is crucial to enhance the capabilities of medical staff, conduct regular training courses and clarify the job contents of each person. In addition, with the help of electronic reminder tools and enabling patients to help each other learn can also enhance the training effect. 6.3 Ensure data privacy and patient safety in tuberculosis care During the treatment of tuberculosis, especially when integrating different medical services, it is extremely important to protect patients' medical information and safety. In tuberculosis care work, it is necessary to protect patients' privacy and establish a secure data management method. For instance, when integrating medication supervision (PC) services into tuberculosis management, it is necessary to carefully consider the operational procedures, the collaboration methods among different professionals, and the actual capabilities of the institutions. Only in this way can data privacy and patient safety be guaranteed (Szkwarko et al., 2017). In addition, the comprehensive care program for drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) in Pakistan emphasizes the need to communicate with patients frequently, use standard tuberculosis detection tools and assessment indicators, and focus on patient safety and treatment outcomes (Ritchie et al., 2021). Establishing a reliable data management system and strictly adhering to privacy protection regulations can reduce the risks of tuberculosis treatment and better ensure patient safety. 7 Policy and Action Recommendations 7.1 The importance of policy support for promoting the comprehensive nursing model of tuberculosis Policy support is crucial for promoting the comprehensive tuberculosis care model, which can ensure that patients continuously receive high-quality care. In developing countries, medical services are not uniform and scattered, which directly exacerbates the tuberculosis problem (Tornu et al., 2023). Formulating clinical guidance policies based on scientific evidence is conducive to standardizing the nursing process, which can not only improve the treatment effect of patients but also reduce the harm of diseases. In addition, the nursing guidelines need to be updated and the contents systematically sorted out to provide medical staff with treatment plans that have good therapeutic effects and few side effects, and further improve the quality of nursing. 7.2 Strengthen the incentive measures for medical staff to participate in comprehensive nursing What is more important is to encourage doctors to actively engage in the comprehensive care of tuberculosis patients. The ways of encouragement can be offering bonuses, providing learning and training opportunities, or public praise. Facts have proved that comprehensive care can make the lives and bodies of tuberculosis patients better. Just this alone can attract doctors to use this method (Xu et al., 2021). In addition, by addressing the medical issues and living difficulties that affect patients' health, and helping them take medicine properly and improve treatment outcomes, doctors are also more willing to adopt this comprehensive nursing approach.
