International Journal of Clinical Case Reports, 2025, Vol.15, No.2, 68-78 http://medscipublisher.com/index.php/ijccr 76 Future research should further explore the applicability of community-based home care across different cultural backgrounds to gain a more comprehensive understanding of cultural influences on care effectiveness. Additionally, the sustainability of care services and mental health training for caregivers should be research priorities. In a multidisciplinary care model, elderly individuals can receive more comprehensive mental health support, and future research should further evaluate the effectiveness of this model and its potential applications in home care. Given the limitations in the sample range of this study, future studies could expand the sample size to explore mental health issues among a broader population of elderly individuals, achieving more generalizable and representative conclusions.
