International Journal of Clinical Case Reports, 2025, Vol.15, No.2, 59-67 http://medscipublisher.com/index.php/ijccr 65 7.4 Establishing multi-party collaboration mechanisms to improve the overall effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing Establishing multi-party collaboration mechanisms is essential to improve the overall effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing. This involves creating a collaborative network that includes hospitals, community healthcare providers, patients, and their families (Yue and Liu, 2021). Such a network can facilitate the seamless transition of care from hospital to home, ensuring continuity and consistency in rehabilitation. Collaborative care models, such as the "trinity" model involving hospital, community, and family, have shown significant improvements in patient outcomes, including enhanced limb function and daily living activities. These models also increase patient compliance and satisfaction, highlighting the importance of a coordinated approach to rehabilitation (Nakayama et al., 2023). 8 Concluding Remarks Intelligent platforms have demonstrated significant potential in enhancing postoperative rehabilitation nursing outcomes. These platforms leverage advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytics to provide personalized and efficient care. For instance, the integration of intelligent medical data analysis technology has been shown to improve nursing efficiency by 6.9%, addressing issues such as incorrect patient connections and medication errors. Additionally, platforms like the Medical Interactive Rehabilitation Assistant (MIRA) optimize patient-specific rehabilitation settings, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of rehabilitation exercises. The use of smartwatches paired with mobile applications has also been found to provide effective self-directed rehabilitation without compromising clinical outcomes, offering a viable alternative to traditional physical therapy. Overall, these intelligent platforms facilitate remote monitoring, personalized care, and improved patient outcomes, making them invaluable in modern postoperative rehabilitation nursing. The engagement of healthcare professionals in remote rehabilitation nursing is crucial for the success of these intelligent platforms. Studies have shown that healthcare professionals' involvement in remote rehabilitation can significantly improve patient compliance and satisfaction. For example, a study on the "trinity" remote rehabilitation model involving hospitals, communities, and families demonstrated that increased professional engagement led to higher patient compliance and satisfaction scores. Similarly, continuous nursing based on platforms like WeChat has been shown to improve compliance rates and effectiveness, highlighting the importance of professional oversight in remote care. The feasibility of using remote monitoring systems like interACTION for postoperative rehabilitation has also been validated, with healthcare professionals and patients expressing willingness to use such systems in the future. Therefore, increasing healthcare professionals' engagement in remote rehabilitation nursing is essential for optimizing patient outcomes and ensuring the successful implementation of intelligent platforms. Future research should focus on validating the effectiveness of intelligent platforms across diverse clinical populations and settings. While current studies have shown promising results, there is a need for large-scale randomized controlled trials to establish the generalizability and reliability of these technologies. Additionally, future research should explore the integration of behavioral change strategies into intelligent platforms to further enhance patient compliance and outcomes. Practical applications of these platforms should also consider the development of user-friendly interfaces and comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals to ensure seamless adoption and utilization. The potential of intelligent platforms to revolutionize postoperative rehabilitation nursing is immense, and continued research and innovation will be key to unlocking their full potential.
