随着水资源的日益短缺,水稻抗旱资源的研究和利用对农业生产具有十分重要的意义。本研究以日本晴(粳稻)
和
Kasalath
(籼稻)为对照,对贵州的两份旱稻材料
UR023
和
UR0801
的苗期耐旱特性进行了初步研究。
UR023
和
UR0801
主根长、不定根数和根干重均明显高于对照材料;根的横切面结构观察显示,
UR023
和
UR0801
的维管束数量较多于对照在
水胁迫条件下,
UR023
和
UR0801
三叶一心期幼苗的叶片内的游离脯氨酸含量分别增加了
18.65 μg/g
和
17.34 μg/g
,
SOD
酶
的活性分别增加了
34.17 U/g
和
77.63 U/g
,与对照日本晴和
Kasalath
有显著性差异。幼苗期存活率测定结果,

Determining the Properties of Root and Drought Tolerance of two Guizhou
Upland Rice Germplasms in the Seedling Stage

Abstract
With the increasing shortage of water resources, the studies and utilization of rice drought germplasm are of great
significance in agricultural production. In this study, Using Nipponbare (
Oryza sativa
L spp.
japonica
) and Kasalath (
Oryza sativa
L
spp.
indica
) as the references, the drought characteristics of two upland rice landraces, UR023 and UR0801 collected from Guizhou,
were studied. The main root length, adventitious root number and root dry weight of UR023 and UR0801 were significantly higher
than that of the control; the observation of root cross-sectional structure showed that UR023 and UR0801 have much more quantities
of vascular than that of the controls under water stress conditions, The free proline content in three leaf seedlings of UR023 and
UR0801 were determined with the increase of 18.65 μg/g and 17.34 μg/g and SOD enzyme activity with the increase of 34.17 U/g
and 77.63 U/g, respectively, which exhibited the significant differences to the controls. Survival rate in the seedling stage was
determined in this research, and the results showed that UR023 and UR0801 were 78% and 71.33% of survival rate with significantly
higher than that of the controls. In conclusion, the tested germplasms, UR023 and UR0801,possess morphological and physiological
characteristics of drought resistance, it would be worth further study of their drought characteristics, identification of drought genes
and mechanisms of drought in adult stage.
