主要方向应为提高定位的精确度和灵敏度。应该在
初级定位的基础上进一步进行次级定位,对初级定
位结果进行验证,进一步提高定位的准确性。另外,
应该采取合适的途径提高定位结果的通用性,比如
多个定位群体共用一个亲本,开发通用性的分子标
记等,使不同定位研究具有一定的可比性,也同时
也会提高定位的可靠性。
