GMO Biosafety Research (online) is an open access, peer reviewed journal publishing
original research papers involving the release of genetically modified organisms (GMOs),
GMO safety, as well as the risk assessment and risk management of GMOs.
All papers chosen for publication should be innovative and significant research work, covering GMO and
biodiversity, environmental release of genetically modified plants, GMO detection methods and technologies, GM
food safety testing, GMOs and human health, as well as the risk assessment of GMOs and the regulatory strategy
for GMOs.
The primary criterion for publication is new insights that are not only of broad interest to geneticist, molecular
biologists, and ecologists, but are also appropriate for researchers studying GM crops, people engaged in
environmental protection, and readers interested in GMO safety
GMO Biosafety Research is published independently by BioPublisher. It is committed to
publishing and disseminating significant original achievements in the related research
fields of GMO safety.
