4 Conclusion
The urolithias is is a common complic ation of the PHPT which is manifested by the nephrocalc inos is or the
nephrolithias is and more rarely a coralliform lithias is. The treatment of the urolithias is has been
revolutionized by the PCNL as minimally invas ive approach. The metabolic balance is ess ential to label
any PHPT.
