1.5 Construction
of
Linkage
Map
and
Alleles
Distribution
across
Chromosomes
A
total
of
194
SNPs
were
polymorphic
between
the
F
5
RILs.
Their
polymorphism
ranged
between
8
on
chromosome
10
to
28
on
chromosome
1
(Table
4),
this
polymorphism
was
used
for
constructing
the
linkage
map,
whose
SNP
intervals
in
each
chromosome
are
shown
in
Figure
5.
The
linkage map
has
a
total
length
of
1441.96
cM
with
an
average
interval
of
7.88
cM
across
the
12
chromosomes. There
were
92.3%
homozygous
loci
across
the
12
chromosomes,
while
the
heterozygous
loci
were
only
6.9%.
About
0.7%
was
missing
alleles
and
this
percentage
was
regarded
as
negligible
(Table
5).
