注意事项
首先，
1.6%
的低熔点琼脂糖在用微波炉溶解
后要立刻放入
42~50
℃的水浴锅中，同时重悬于
Solution A
中的样品也要放入水浴锅中，待两者的
温度相同时再进行混合，然后取样放于模具中。
其次，
PMSF
，剧毒，蛋白酶抑制剂，对蛋白
质起到保护作用，配制时要小心。
第三，
上样时，
Marker
比上样孔小，为了防
止
Marker
跑离
低熔点琼脂糖胶，故需要以未凝固
的低熔点琼脂糖封好上样孔。
最后，确保冷凝系统正常，保证电泳槽里电
泳液的温度保持在
14
℃。温度过高会使样品降解，
无法得到实验结果。
