Of course the gunman had stopped killing
, she
thought since she was the one doing it. She had started the
job five years ago. The job where professionally trained
gunman had to end innocent people’s lives, which they had
never met, only due to the boss’s likings. Thanks to the job,
she had never been homeless and hungry since the time
when she was took in for training, and also she had been
running away from the police for five years. Luckily, the
police never found her. Of course no one had suspected
her. If any one did, she would have already be in jail.
In order to survive, she needs to do this job, not for
anything, but for the money. This is the only way she can
keep her shelter and from starving to death. She kept the
job secret from everyone she knew. Her parents died in a
car accident when she was six. The only person she trusts
and can someday or somehow depends on is her beloved
boyfriend, who she had dated for three years and who
knew everything about her except for the job.
“Aries!” A man’s deep voice came from the outside of
the apartment, “are you home?” Aries climbed out of her
bed and stumbled to the door with the blanket wrapped
