Rice Genomics and Genetics (ISSN 1925-2021) is an international, open access, peer
reviewed journal, committed to serve for rice genome research, rice genetics research and rice
breeding, particularly publishing innovative research findings in the basic and applied fields
of rice molecular genetics and novel techniques for improvement, as well as applications of
molecular enhanced products.
The mainly publishing original research papers of Rice Genomics and Genetics should be
innovative research work in field of rice research, particular in the areas of rice functional
genomics, transgene, genome sequencing analysis, molecular genetics, proteomics, genetic
diversity, dominance relationships, heterosis, genetic characteristics, genetic modification,
genetic rule analysis, genotype-phenotype relationships, stress physiology characteristics,
QTL analysis and advanced rice breeding technologies. The primary criteria for publication
are the interestings that need not only to meet specific interesting of rice geneticists and
breeders, but also to satisfy the populations of the journals who are engaging agricultural
research and extension systems.
